Tuxedo Policy
Tuxedos arrive individually the week of the wedding beginning on Tuesday. We receive them Tuesday, Wednesday,Thursday and Friday depending on the shipping dates. Once the tuxes arrive the groom will be notified and it is his responsibility to notify all the men in the wedding party. We then ask that the men come in as soon as possible to try on his tuxedo to get it fitted; please understand that most tuxedoes require some alterations. The men have until thursday 6pm to try on their tuxes so that any exchanges can be made. Once a tuxedo leaves our store, we are no longer responsible for fit issues. We fully understand the importance of your wedding; our seamstress is here on Tuesday's, Wednesday's and Thursday's from 10am -4pm to do minor alterations for you at no extra charge.
The tuxedos are due back to us no later than Monday 11am. We are open Sunday's 11am-4pm for your convienence. If the tuxes are not returned by this time, there will be a $20 late fee charge per tux per day, no exceptions
