Julie was born and raised in Monroe, Wi. She attended Monroe High School and graduated in 2002. After high school, Julie attended the University of Wisconsin Whitewater and majored in General Management. In 2006, Julie graduated from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater and began working for Walgreens in Madison. She started off as an Assistant Manager and worked her way up to an Executive Assistant Manager where she learned everything about managing a business and working with people.
In May 2007, Julie married Joel Ula of Blanchardville, and in September 2008 they became proud parents to a baby boy. Julie felt there was a need in Monroe for a bridal salon and since she was once a bride, she fell in love with the bridal fashion industry. After years of planning and getting her working experience at Walgreens, Julie was ready to make a change in her life. With the support of her husband, and her parents, she decided to take the next step in life and begin her own business.
In April 2008, Julie opened "Julie's Bridal Gallery" on the Historical Downtown Square in Monroe, Wi. She feels each bride should have the wedding of their dreams, and picking out a bridal gown should be one of the best experiences.
Julie's Bridal Gallery offers superior customer service as well as excellent bridal designs. Every bride will feel welcomed when they enter into the store and will leave happy and excited to plan their wedding.
